Solvent Base Lamination Machine

The lamination machine is made to handle number of webs of different mechanical and chemical characteristics and with even opposing sensibility to heat or solvents. It has to accept the reels already finished   by other machines with disbanding, printing, overfill or incorrect tensions in rewinding.

Each machine function – speed, tension, adhesive, materials temperature, pneumatic pressure, mechanical sensibility is finely adjustable in the available range as a consequence the operator’s  experience and ability will needed to choose, among the different possible combinations which will achieve the optimum lamination result.
